1. Overview

The SCADA system is the software system based on computer and communication technology,to monitor and control the production process or operation site in the field of industry and public utilities, to realize functions such as data acquisition, metering, alarm, storage and analysis of data, remote operation and so on. SCADA systems are widely used in areas of e.g. electric power, railway, petrochemical, metallurgy, as well as other industrial fields.

The platform DYNAS of XD Group is a new generation of SCADA system which designed adapting to the application requirements in the era of Big Data, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and Mobile Access. Compared with traditional SCADA system the reliability, processing capacity as well as the performance index of DYNAS system have been greatly improved. With the abundant functional performance and rich user interfaces provided by DYNAS the requirements of the user can be greatly satisfied.

(2)Product Editions

OptimizationtotheDYNASsystemis made according to the application requirements of powersystems, through definition of the models and engineering configuration, DYNAS can constitute the control and monitoring system at the network-level (dispatching automation, distribution automation etc.), and the HMI System for ACandDC stations, power plants and so on. It can also be constituted as local HMI for the site power equipment.According to applications, DYNAS can be implemented as following editions:

● DYNAS Basic: Usually installed on the C&P cabinet, composed of a single computer (IPC) with display, or a server and a workstation, to achieve control and monitoring function of local equipment, suitable for systems of about 10,000 data points.

● DYNAS Standard: dual servers (duplicated redundancy), suitable for the station control and monitoring system within 100,000 data points.

● DYNAS Professional:server cluster, local deployment, suitable for network level monitoring system of within one million data points.

DYNAS Cloud: server cluster, cloud deployment with unlimited data points, suitable for enterprise large-scale comprehensive control and monitoring system.

(3)SCADA for the Age of Internet

As a new generation SCADA system, DYNAS integrates technologies of cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and Mobile Internet etc., and adopts with brand new system architecture and technology stack, to meet the demand for the HMI system in the industrial field of the new era.

● Cloud Computing: DYNAS not only can be implemented on local computer system (local version, standard version and the professional version), but also can be deployed in the cloud (cloud edition). For the local deployed DYNAS system, project is configured by the cloud configuration tools, and then the project is deployed to the running system of the local DYNAS system for operation. For the cloud version however, services of the DYNAS system are running directly in the cloud (public cloud, private cloud or hybrid cloud), the local workstation is connected to the cloud for real-time monitoring of the system.

● Big Data: for the professional edition and the cloud edition of DYNAS system, both the database, memory storage and file storage etc. are arranged in distributed manner, support the Spark distributedcomputing, providing Operator-computing based processing on full memory mode with higher performance, handling of big data of PB level is achieved.

● Internet of Things: DYNAS supports the Internet of Things Protocol and can be used as an edge computing sub-station in the Industrial Internet of Things or as a gateway to the industrial cloud.

● Mobile Internet: all versions of DYNAS support mobile terminals such as mobile phone or pad to access the display of the App, which is specially designed for mobile terminal screen adaptation and optimization to support dual-point touch, sliding and other screen operations.

(4)Environment for Operation and Development of the DYNAS System

DYNAS includes runtime software and an IDE (integrated development environment).

● Kernel Layer

The kernel layer of DYNAS includes the management blocks for e.g. Networks, Cluster, Service, Authority, Security and Distributed Files, as well as the Database Engine and the Messaging Middleware and so on. Which are used for the underlying manipulation of the hardware, communication, tasks and security etc. of the whole system.

● Data Layer

The data layer is the storage entity of all kinds of data in the system, including: model library, real-time database, history database and so on. The user files and the message queues are treated as special types of data.

● ServiceLayer

The service layer provides various SCADA services, including data acquisition service, data processing service and so on.

● HMI Layer

DYNAS is designed based on the B/S architecture, provides stable and reliable front-end framework and convenient human-machine interface components e.g. the web front-end framework, the web graphical component, web GIS, reporting tools, display and query for events and alarms as well as the interface for control and operation and so on.

2) 集成开发环境IDE

DYNAS系统的开发环境IDE主要由各种工具软件和接口库组成。IDE可在云端部署,用户无需下载任何软件,即可进行应用系统的配置、组态及二次开发。:

安装工具:用于安装DYNAS系统。

配置工具:对系统内的节点、网络、进程、服务、集群、数据库等进行图形化配置。

建模工具:可根据应用模型,实现图形与模型的双向交互,实现图模一体化。

组态工具:组态工具用于Web显示页面的生成、编辑和发布。组态工具可提供丰富的图形组件(图元)以便于快速的工程组态。组态工具支持与模型数据的交互。

库编程工具:支持根据应用接口的定义生成应用系统的访问接口;支持根据模型数据结构(或表结构)自动生成规约库:IEC系列规约IEC 60870-5-104、IEC 61850,OPC UA规约库,生成数据访问接口。

接口库:由一系列服务接口组成,服务本身由运行环境及应用服务提供。

数据安全:具备数据备份及恢复机制,具备数据的加密机制并采用加密传输协议,多重保护确保数据的安全性。

4) 易用性

易维护:具备诊断软件和维护工具,实现硬件、软件和数据在线维护;

易配置:能够灵活配置功能模块,模块的增加和修改不影响其它模块正常运行;

易操作:人机界面友好,操作与维护模块工具化、图形化。

5) 扩展性

规模伸缩:系统容量可扩充,可在线增加测控、交互信息容量,可在线增加服务器、工作站等;

功能扩充:可通过在线版本升级进行功能变更或扩充;
